Today Meizu Launched a new phone, but it lacks from the list leaked much earlier. So either it’s something unplanned or that list is fake. The Meizu E2 is a regular Charm Blue series handset with an improved appearance as well as unordinary flash light on the back. But to understand whether the design is the selling point of this device we have to take a closer look at it. Before we come in with the Meizu E2 review in a couple of days (we are currently testing it) let’s take a glance at the first unboxing photos of the newly launched Meizu E2 and get acquainted with its key features.
Actually, the Meizu E2 differs from other Charm Blue smartphones. No matter how it looks, because we are dealing with a handset with its own appearance. And looking at it we can identify it immediately. The Meizu E2 looks solid and elegant. Its corners are rounded, but not much. It comes with a three-stage antenna design. The upper ribbon crosses the camera sensor. The LED flash is placed on it as well. It’s an interesting design unseen before. There is a large 5.5-inch Full HD screen with an oval-shaped mTouch button below it. The display is also covered with a 2.5D arc glass. The overall body is made of metal passed nano-injection molding process.
The rest of design is identical to a regular smartphone. So let’s talk about the hardware. It is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P20 processor paired with a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage or 4 GB RAM and 64GB of built memory. There is a 13MP rear camera coming with a quad-LED flash, PDA, HDR, and an 8MP front shooter. Like many other Meizu handsets it sports a 3400mAh battery supporting mCharge 3.0 fast charge technology.
As for the prices, the Meizu E2 3GB +32GB version carries a 1,299 Yuan ($189) price tag and the 4GB + 64GB version comes in at 1,599 Yuan ($232).
