Taiwan-based medical PC solution provider Onyx Healthcare, an associated company of Asustek Computer, will debut on Taiwan’s over-the-counter (OTC) stock market on December 21.
Onyx posted revenues of NT$888 million (US$27.82 million) in the first 10 months of 2016, increasing 17.3% from a year earlier. The company is expected to post revenues of over NT$1 billion in 2016.
Onyx is marketing medical PC products, including medical displays, tablet products, mobile cart computers, smart view medical solutions and mini-ITX motherboards, on its own brand or ODM/OEM basis.
For the first three quarters of 2016, net profits totaled NT$93 million, which were almost at the same level of a year earlier. Gross margin stood at 41.9% for the January-September period, an improvement of 4pp from a year earlier.
