Apple’s new MacBook Pro reportedly comes with an OLED touch bar in place of physical function keys and that bar may be known as the “Magic Toolbar.” According to information tracked down by The Trademark Ninja, it appears Apple owns the trademark (through other entities) for that name.
The name would fit well with what the feature offers and it also fits with Apple’s other “magic” names, like the Magic Trackpad.
Invites have gone out for an Apple event next week and it is widely believed the new MacBook Pro will be unveiled at that time. The event is scheduled for October 27.
