Following the announcement of new ThinkStation P520 and P520c, desktop workstations with more powerful 18-core Xeon W processors and Quadro P6000 graphics, Lenovo also announced a successor to its popular ThinkPad P51s mobile workstation.
The new model comes with Intel’s 8th generation Core i5-8250U or i7-8550U, discrete NVIDIA Quadro P500 graphics card that is based on the Pascal architecture, up to 1 TB NVMe SSD and up to 3,840 x 2,160 IPS matte resolution. The ThinkPad P52s, ThinkStation P520, and ThinkStation P520s will all launch this upcoming January and the devices will be showcased at CES 2018.
