Lenovo is soon going to launch a 2-in-1 tablet that could prove to be a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 killer. Press renders and complete specifications of the upcoming device have been leaked online by the folks at Winfuture.de today.

The Miix 720 will feature a 12-inch display with 2880 x 1920 resolution in a 3:2 aspect ratio, protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 4 on top. The 2-in-1 tablet will be powered by up to 7th Gen Intel Kaby Lake Core i7 processor with the Intel HD Integrated Graphics 620 GPU and a Turbo Boost clock of 3.5 GHz. In terms of memory, the Miix 720 will be configurable with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of PCIe SSD storage. The 2-in-1 tablet will measure 8.9mm thick in tablet mode and 14.6mm with the keyboard dock attached. As for weight, the Miix 720 reportedly weighs in at 780 grams in tablet mode and 1.1kg with the keyboard.

In terms of connectivity, the Miix 720 will include Wi-Fi 802.11ac dual-band, Bluetooth 4.1, 1 USB 3.1 Type-C port, 1 USB 3.0 port, 1 USB 2.0 port, micro SD card slot, and a headphone/mic combo jack. The battery inside will be a 41 WHr unit, with a claimed battery life of up to 8 hours. Professional users will be happy to hear that the Miix 720 will include stylus support with 2048 pressure levels. It will also come with Windows Hello support via a infra-red camera, 1MP front-facing camera, 5MP rear camera, a full-sized backlit keyboard, and integrated Dolby enabled stereo speakers.
