The first smartphone developed by LeEco and Coolpad has just become official. LeEco and Coolpad have jointly announced the Cool 1 and the smartphone is already available for order from Coolpad website, LeMall and Jd.com, and will start shipping on August 24.
Three versions are available, one with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB storage, then with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage and top model with 4 GB of RAM with 64 GB of storage. The first model costs 1,099 Yuan ($170), while the top model is 1,699 Yuan ($260). It has a metal unibody design with a dual rear camera setup and mid-range specifications. There is no word on global availability.
