Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A7 (2017), which has already been certified by various agencies such as the US FCC and the Bluetooth SIG, has leaked online yet again today. An Iranian website has published two images of the smartphone, allegedly from some training materials. The images show the handset in two colors – Black and Gold. The leaked images suggest the Galaxy A7 (2017) will feature glass on the front and back, with a metal frame in the middle, similar to Samsung’s flagship lineup.

In terms of specs, the Galaxy A7 (2017) is expected to sport a 5.5-inch or 5.7-inch sized 1080 x 1920 Full HD resolution Super AMOLED display, possibly with 2.5D curved glass on top. The mid-range smartphone will be powered by Samsung’s in-house developed Exynos 7870 octa-core chipset clocked at 1.8 GHz, with the ARM Mali-T830 GPU powering the graphics. In the memory department, the smartphone will offer 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage, which will be further expandable with a microSD card. A 64GB variant could on offer as well.

At the back, the Galaxy A7 (2016) is going to come with a 16MP primary camera, likely featuring phase detection autofocus and optical image stabilization (OIS). For selfies, the smartphone will have a 16MP snapper on the front as well, which means you can take great quality high-resolution selfie shots with it. Rest of the rumored specs include a fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port, and IP68 certification for dust and water resistance.

The Galaxy A7 (2017) is expected to be official soon, along with the Galaxy A5 (2017) and the Galaxy A3 (2017).
