Megaupload founder Kim Dotcom has released a video demonstrating how Bitcache, a key part of Megaupload 2, will work. It’s a Bitcoin-powered system for attaching a monetary value to various types of content.
Initially, people will be able to place files behind a paywall, whether it’s $0.02 or $20. The uploader will get paid in “bits,” which are convertible to Bitcoin.

Bitcache will also be expanded to support website pages, potentially giving sites an easy way to monetize articles as an alternative to advertising. If you already have Bitcoin, this system looks very simple to use.
