10,000mAh USB Type C Power Bank
Greenbot Rating
Small, lightweight, quick to charge and recharge, are all attributes that make this the best portable pack in the group.
Note: The following is part of our roundup of USB-C battery packs.
If you’re looking for a smaller, less expensive battery pack, consider the iVoler 10,000mAh USB Type C Power Bank ($30 on Amazon).
Designed with portability in mind, it’s easy to put in a backpack or even slip into a pocket (for short periods of time). A power button sits just above four indicator lights. On the front of the pack are two ports: one USB-C and USB-A.
The USB-C port provides quick charge capabilities on the Pixel XL. The USB-A port offers the same, but stops short of bringing Quick Charge 3.0 to the LG G5.
Recharging the pack is done through the USB-C port, with the total time to charge its 10,000 mAh (36Wh) battery coming in just over three hours.
As far as an efficiency rating goes, the iVoler performed very well in our testing, at 91.67%. In other words, we were able to get 33Wh out of a possible 36Wh from the device.
Granted, this isn’t the biggest battery available, but it’s more than enough to recharge a smartphones few times during the day or on an overnight trip in the airport.
When you combine overall size with its overall efficiency, the iVoler Type C Power Pank is the best portable battery pack we tested.
Included in the box is a USB-C to USB-C cable, and a USB-A to USB-C cable.
