Only two days are separating us from new Apple products. The Cupertino company is holding a press conference on September 12 and according to latest rumours, we’ll see new iPhones and a smartwatch. Just like with every other premium device, we have learned some details ahead of the announcement.
Leaked iOS 11 code has revealed a lot about the new devices and further code examination reveals that the flagship iPhone model will indeed be called iPhone X. The code also suggests that Apple is moving away from its traditional S branding and will instead jump to iPhone 8 for its non-OLED devices.
Other new details include a lot of new wallpapers, various new features for the power button, animated 3D emoji characters for iMessage called Animoji.
Face ID will let you unlock your iPhone by scanning your face and the leaked video shows the feature in action.
Although this is the final iOS firmware, there is always a possibility that Apple will make last minute changes to the code.
