@SamsungNotebook It’s not either a malfunction or broken part–the dedicated switchable graphics cards that the Series 7 notebooks use are not compatible with some important software such as the Adobe CS5 suite or OpenGL software. For those that are interested in this line of laptops, be sure that you’re aware of this downside before you purchase. I don’t mean to be rude in any way, but I just wanted to make sure that Samsung and potential buyers are aware of the issues they might face.
