ID-COOLING at the moment introduced IS-47Okay low profile CPU air cooler, that includes solely 47 mm complete peak, 6 copper heatpipes, copper base and a 92x92x15mm PWM fan. IS-47Okay is specifically designed for top efficiency small type issue builds with a TDP as much as 130 W. It is appropriate with the mainstream CPU sockets on ITX programs, together with Intel LGA1200/1150/1151/1155/1156 and AMD AM4.
The thermal answer is achieved by using a number of key structural designs: pure copper base and pure copper heatpipes, top quality aluminium fins which soldered to the heatpipes, PWM 92x922x15mm followers and on prime of that, a tube of excessive cooling efficiency thermal grease ID-TG25 which has a 10.5 W/m-Okay thermal conductivity.
The heatsink is rigorously designed so the structure allows a 100% RAM compatibility on all ITX motherboards.
