Humble Freedom Bundle: $600 worth of games (and more) for …

202

Humble Bundle has been offering opportunities to save money on games, eBooks, and other stuff for years through a series of “bundles” that let you purchase a bunch of items for one deeply discounted price. In fact, you can often set your own price.

Right now Humble Bundle is running some deals on PC games, Android games, and comic books. But a new bundle launched today, and it’s kind of a doozy.

The Humble Freedom Bundle includes more than 45 games and eBooks with a total value of more than $600. You can snag the whole thing for $30, and all of your money will go to charity.

Specifically, Humble Bundle is sending the proceeds of this deal to three charities:

Each organization is working to protect the rights and health of immigrants and refugees, and the Humble Freedom Bundle surpassed its goal of raising $300,000 for those charities pretty quickly. In fact, the total is more than twice that number as I write this, and the number is climbing quickly.

Don’t care about refugee rights? This is still a crazy good deal.

The bundle includes PC game The Witness, which normally sells for $40 on its own. So you can save $10 and get more than 4 dozen other games and books.

Other items include:

  • Stardew Valley
  • Invisible Inc
  • Day of the Tentacle Remastered
  • Super Meat Boy
  • World of Goo
  • Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP

There are also comics, eBooks, and audiobooks featuring content from Nail Gaiman, Garth Ennis, Violet Blue, Cory Doctorow, and Amanda Palmer.
