Hulu’s live television streaming service could arrive by the middle of next month, reports TechCrunch. The company is planning to launch in the first week of May, although some sources indicate it’ll be a little later in the month.
Regardless of the exact date, Hulu is close to entering the live TV streaming industry. It’ll compete against services like Sling TV and it’ll be able to build upon its large on-demand television service.
Hulu is currently beta testing the service and is receiving feedback about its operation from certain users.
