Huawei is holding a press conference on September 1 and although many expected to see new Mate devices, the company has different plans. Huawei executive has confirmed that the Chinese company won’t release new Mate S2 or Mate 9 devices, but a new series.
He did confirm that in about two months, the company will release new Mate devices along with new Emotion user interface. As for the new series, it will aim at the mid-range segment. He didn’t reveal any other details, but we assume that the recently rumoured Huawei Nova is one of the new mid-range devices.
