That’s not a secret Huawei is the first brand in China, but it still can’t resist top brands in other markets. Probably this gap will be filled in the future. As of now, I am offering you to put aside all your opinions towards this company and take a glance at the Huawei P10. The phone was announced at MWC 2017. It comes with a number of great options, but many critics don’t take it serious. However, we’ll try to introduce its key features, but it’s highly recommended to pay more attention at its design. Though it’s not launched yet, we’ve managed to get our hands on the Huawei P10. Unfortunately, we only have the gold and blue versions.
Before you start comparing which color option looks better, we should get acquainted with its key features. The Huawei P10 sports a 5.1-inch IPS LCD display at a resolution of Full HD and pixel density of 432ppi. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Therefore no scratches are dangerous to it. Other than that, the P10 is equipped with a HiSilicon Kirin 960 octa-core processor clocked at 2.4GHz. It’s also paired with a Mali-G71 MP8 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of ROM (expandable up to 256GB via microSD card slot).
The Huawei P10 is the first smartphone to feature a Leica camera on the front. This 8MP camera comes at f/1.9 aperture supporting new binning technology to enhance the brightness of 2 times as well as providing better quality of low light performance. A dual-camera with 20MP + 12MP lens is located on the back. It supports Leica technology as well. But you can also find a dual-LED flash next to the rear camera module.
As you understand, the selling point of the Huawei P10 is the Leica optics. But the phone stand out due to a great design. It comes at a thickness of 6.98mm. Thanks to a new diamond carving process the phone reflects different colors when looking from different angles. Plus, the special texture prevents fingerprints.
