Two top tier companies are preparing flagship phablets for the end of 2016 and with Galaxy Note 7 fiasco, they could become very popular. One of them is Huawei, who is expected to announce the Mate 9 sometime this December and now we have more details on the specs.
The phablet is expected to pack a 5.9-inch 1080p display that will be powered by Kirin 960 chipset and 6 GB of RAM. Just like the P9 phone, the Mate 9 will have dual rear cameras with 20 MP sensors, along with an 8 MP selfie camera. It also runs Android 7.0 Nougat with Emotion UI 5.0.
