Owners of unlocked HTC One A9 and HTC 10 have just received latest Android monthly security update. The August security patches are now rolling out to both HTC smartphones, while the carrier versions will have to wait until operators test the update and approve it.
This news was confirmed by VP of product management Mo Versi, but if you haven’t received the update, check for it manually by going into Settings. Also make sure to charge your phone and use Wi-Fi network. This is also the first security update for some HTC models since June.
