According to a report from Venture Beat, HTC will be releasing two new mid-range Desire smartphones by the end of this quarter. The devices will reportedly be marketed as the Desire 10 Pro and Desire 10 Lifestyle.
The Desire 10 Lifestyle will feature a 5.5-inch 720p HD display and come in multiple colors with a metallic gold trim on the edges, camera lens, flash, and antenna cutouts. The base variant of the smartphone will be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon SoC, paired with either 2GB RAM/16GB ROM or 3GB RAM/32GB ROM (depending on the market).
At the back, the smartphone will include a 13MP BSI primary snapper with a single LED flash. For selfies, there will be a 5MP BSI sensor on the front, capable of shooting videos in 1080p resolution. Like most HTC smartphones, the Desire 10 Lifestyle is going to offer BoomSound Hi-Fi Edition stereo speakers, along with 24-bit audio.
The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle and Desire 10 Pro are expected to launch towards the end of September.
