The Pavilion Wave is a new desktop from HP that has the appearance of a stylish speaker and the specs of an acceptable mid-range computer. Given its design, it’s entirely possible to look at the Pavilion Wave and mistake it for a speaker, especially with its front-facing 3.5 mm and USB ports.
HP’s computer has a quad-core Intel processor (up to i7), 8 to 16 GB of RAM, up to 2 TB of storage, and an optional AMD Radeon R9 M470 graphics card. Its dimensions are 6.81″ x 6.62″ x 10.29″ (W x D x H).
Fitting with its speaker design, the Pavilion Wave features a 360-degree multi-directional audio technology that’ll provide the same audio experience regardless of how the PC is positioned.
The Pavilion Wave begins at $529 and arrives September 16.
