During Autodesk University in Las Vegas, HP has unveiled Z2 Mini, the world’s smallest workstation. The PC is powered by NVIDIA’s Quadro M620 GPU and Intel Xeon E3-1200v5 CPU, and all components are packed into a small form factor (SFF) case that measure 8.5 x 8.5 x 2.28 inches (21.59 x 21.59 x 5.79 cm).
Customers can also choose between other CPUs, including Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7, along with up to 32 GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM memory and an optional HP Z Turbo Drive, a PCIe based SSD. The computer will go on sale worldwide in December, and starts at $699.
