HP last year introduced a new line of products for gamers under the Omen X branding, today the manufacturer a 35″ display under the name Omen X 35.
The 35-inches big screen will get a resolution of 3440 by 1440 pixels with thus a 21:9 display ratio. The panel is curved at a modest 1800R and it has very narrow and slim bezels. HP will be offering this model with a Nvidia G-Sync module installed. The panel is an AMVA with a variable dynamic GSYNC rate in-between 30 and 100 Hz.
- Curved 35” diagonal WQHD 21:9 display surrounds the gamer’s field of vision by offering 34% more screen than a 16:9 QHD display.
- 2,500:1 static contrast ratio and 3-sided micro-edge LCD design with less than 7mm along the left, right, and top edges.
- A 1,800R curvature lessens eye strain by bringing the left and right edges inward while offering a wider field of view.
- NVIDIA G-Sync along with a 100Hz refresh rate eliminates screen tearing, lag and minimizes display stutter.
Connectivity wise you will be spotting DisplayPort of course as well as a HDMI 1.4 port, two audio jacks and a three-port USB 3.0 hub. Availibility is expected in March of this year with a rather curved price as well, 1299 euros.
