The most promising smartphones of 2017, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6, have finally been revealed. Thanks to two new reports today, we now know how the smartphones will look like. It will be interesting to see how will they perform, but considering the specifications, the Galaxy S8 should have a slight advantage over the LG G6.
The image confirms most of the previously rumoured things. The Galaxy S8 won’t have a physical home button, but also the fingerprint scanner isn’t located under the display, but unfortunately alongside rear camera. We can also see USB Type-C connector and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Thanks to 83% of screen-to-body ratio, the standard Galaxy S8 will come with a 5.8-inch display, while the Plus model will have a 6.2-inch display. Both phones should have only 4 GB of RAM and at least 64 GB of expandable storage.
As for the LG G6, the phone is drastically different than the current model. The new model won’t have Friends modules, and also removable battery, which is something LG fans really appreciated. The G6 has very thin bezels, a 5.7-inch display with 2,880 x 1,440 pixels resolution, Snapdragon 821 chipset and will go official on February 26.
