During the upcoming CES 2017, LG will be introducing its HDR-compatible 32-inch UHD 4K monitor (model 32UD99) alongside its 34-inch 21:9 UltraWide™ Mobile+ Monitor (model 34UM79M) and last but not least, it’s UltraFine™ 5K and 4K displays 34-inch 21:9 UltraWide gaming monitor (model 34UC99).

HDR isn’t just used for photography. The ever-expanding presence of HDR content found in movies as well as games makes it a new norm in the realm of home entertainment. Hence, LG seeks to meet this new trend by building, and introducing HDR compatible monitors to its already robust line of display monitors.

The 32-inch UHD 4K monitor (model 32UD99) will be capable of supporting HDR10 standard, which will power up the brightness level on screens so editing will be easier for photographers and movie producers.

The 34-inch 21:9 UltraWide™ Mobile+ Monitor (model 34UM79M) on the other hand, will be the very first Chromecast-enabled multimedia monitor the world will see. This display will let consumers play multimedia files effortlessly from their mobile devices right onto the monitor.

For you gamers, LG’s UltraFine™5K and 4K display, the 34-inch 21:9 UltraWide gaming monitor (model 34UC99) will come armed with AMD FreeSync technology, which will be capable of 1ms Motion Blur Reduction and Dynamic Action Sync to enhance and maximise your gaming experience on PC.
