GoPro’s latest 360-degree Fusion camera was announced back in late September and the company has now announced that it has started shipping the camera in the United States and Europe. While the camera was announced with a number of new features, it looks like some are missing at launch.
The $699 action camera is missing the Overcapture capabilities that allow users to recapture and share their 360-degree footage in a conventional fixed perspective video. Visualization presets like “Tiny Planet” and “PanoFlow” also won’t be available at launch. These features are expected to arrive in early 2018.
