Google Trusted contacts helps you to ship a location monitoring invitations to contacts, who may agree (or not) to a time-limited or everlasting consent so that you can monitor their location, their motion historical past and battery stage.
Google is discontinuing the service, which launched in 2016, on the first December 2020, with the corporate saying:
“The Trusted Contacts app will be removed from the App Store and Play Store today, and will stop being supported after December 1, 2020,” Google mentioned. “If the app is installed on your device, you can continue to use it until then.”
