If you have been using Google Drive for backup of your Android device, then you should know that if the device is inactive for more than two months, the backups will be deleted. As pointed out by Android Police, backups of Android mobile device to Drive will be available as long as you use your device.
After two weeks of not using it, Google Drive will display an expiration date below the backup, with a countdown of how much longer you have until it gets automatically deleted. Once the backup gets deleted, there is no way to restore it and you might end up losing all your data.
