Hello there Xiaomi fans and users, today I bring you the full changelog and download links to the latest iteration of the MIUI 8 China Developer software for Xiaomi smartphones, MIUI 8 China Developer ROM 6.11.3. Some of the new features in this week’s update have been detailed in the MIUI 8 China Developer ROM 6.11.3 Changelog Preview, but the new features are actually more than what we were expecting (as usual).
In this week’s update, a wide range of Xiaomi devices are supported, and none has been suspended. The MIUI 8 China Developer ROM 6.11.3 brings the following:
- The bug which rendered NFC unusable at times has been fixed.
- Issues with Wi-Fi compatibility with some third party routers have been fixed.
- The issue of battery draining fast when some videos are played has been addressed.
- A new button which can be used for credit card payments has been added in AliPay.
- WeChat app has been added for Messaging purposes.
- Album art design and lyrics display have been optimized in Mi Music. More details in the changelog preview.
- You can now shuffle algorithms in Mi Music.
- Custom mobile data plan settings for Mi Miobile have been added to further optimize data usage.
- Antivirus scans for apps installed from third party markets (sideloaded apps) have been added.
- A new Game Speed Boost mode which offers improved performance, battery usage, connection speed, notifications and touch screen improvements has been added to security.
- A new animation for scanning cards has been added to Mi Wallet.
- The process of adding cards to Mi Pay has been optimised.
- The bug which caused the home button to vibrate (in Mi Wallet) after being double tapped several times has been fixed.
- The issue of some transport card transactions not being shown has been addressed.
- The bug which caused the device to freeze when Mi Pay is used directly from the Lock screen has been fixed.

How to Flash MIUI 8 China Developer ROM 6.11.3 – Download Links
- Go to the ROM download page and select your smartphone from the list of devices on the page.
- On the next page (download page for your device selected in above step), you will see two ROM download rows, the first for Stable ROM and the second for Developer ROM. Navigate to the second option (Developer ROM) and click on the Download Full ROM button to download MIUI 8 China Developer ROM 6.11.3 for your Xiaomi smartphone.
- If you’re using last week’s version of the MIUI China Developer ROM, you will get MIUI 8 OTA update notifications on your phone. Otherwise, you can check the Updater manually for updates. Remember to backup important data before upgrading.
