Announced then dreaded and hated by many, Nvidia today makes it effective. Nvidia updated GeForce Experience towards revision 3.0, the application software (not required to use and install) now forces you to login with a user account.
Nvidia claims that the new update is loading significantly faster and tweaked the user interface. To be able to use the updated software and features like streaming and video recording (shadow play), you are now required to login with a user account. The user-account can be an Nvidia account, Google or alternatively a Facebook account. This also means that driver updates will go through GeForce Experience need you to be logged in. However an Nvidia spokesperson said, “You can still get the drivers outside of GeForce Experience.”
GeForce Experience allows you to automatically tweak games, e.g. lower or better image quality settings based upon game-title, system hardware and your GeForce based graphics card. Nvidia claims GeForce Experience 3.0 is three times faster and consumes 50 percent less memory compared to the old GeForce Experience, claims team green.
