Fujitsu Confirms Talks With Lenovo Over PC Business

It isn’t really a secret that Fujitsu seeks PC exit. After failed negotiations with VAIO and Toshiba, Fujitsu has turned over to Lenovo to sell its PC business. However, Fujitsu would still sell and support own-brand PCs, while Lenovo would design them.

The companies are trying to get the financial support from the Development Bank of Japan.
