Foxconn subsidiary to partner with Korea-based SK C&C for logistics services, says paper
EDN, October 12; Joseph Tsai, DIGITIMES [Wednesday 12 October 2016]

Foxconn Electronics’ (Hon Hai Precision Industry) logistics subsidiary Jusda has partnered with Korea-based SK C&C to establish a joint venture, FSK, looking to push a platform for customized artificial intelligence-driven logistics services, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.

SK C&C will have operating dominance over the new joint venture which will activate several projects before the end of 2016 to assist Jusda to adopt new cloud computing and Big Data technologies and provide solutions and business process outsourcing services to Jusda’s over 200 clients.

The company’s initial targets will be China, Japan, the Czech Republic and India and will push ICT platform businesses in these markets, the paper added.
