At the end of August, Fitbit unveiled the long rumoured smartwatch. Called Fitbit Ionic, the smartwatch has yet to go on sale and according to the company, it is set to be released next month, on October 1. All major markets will get it, including North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
It will also be available from major retailers, with a price tag of $299 in the United States. In case you want to swap your band out, there will be a couple of options such as Classic, Sport or a hand-crafted and perforated Horween leather bands. Prices range from $30 up to $60.
