NBC News national security analyst Jeremy Bash says that the timing of the massive WikiLeaks dump on CIA hacking is telling: “This scandal didn’t just drop from the clear blue sky.” He says the intelligence community has been pushing back on Russian interference in the U.S. election and adds that many there believe this may be “Russia’s revenge.”
