After Samsung, LG, Xiaomi and OnePlus, Google is going to announce its premium high-end devices for this year in a couple of months. We finally have the specifications of the two Pixel 2 variants ( Taimen and Walleye), and there are some surprises with these specs. Well, the source is trusted one, so it seems we finally have our first leak regarding the Google Pixel 2 Specs.
GOOGLE PIXEL 2 SPECIFICATIONS ( WALLEYE)
- 5-inch (4.97 to be accurate) 1080×1920 Display
- Almost same sized bezels as on Google Pixel.
- Snapdragon 835 Processor
- 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM
- Stereo Speakers
- No 3.5mm headphone jack.
GOOGLE PIXEL 2 XL SPECIFICATIONS (TAIMEN)
- 5.99-inch 1440p OLED Panel by LG.
- Screen Resolution – 1440 x 2560.
- Lesser Bezels as compared to the Pixel XL.
- Snapdragon 835, Clocked at 2.45GHz.
- 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
- Same Design from the back With Two-tone Glass and Metal build. But, Unlike last year’s Pixel phones, the Glass doesn’t enclose the fingerprint scanner.
Single Camera on the back with Dual LED Flash. (No Dual Cameras) - 3.5mm headphone Jack Isn’t going anywhere.
Well, the Google Pixel 2 XL is going to have lesser bezels as compared to the last year’s Pixel XL, and the back will have almost the same glass and metal design. But the thing is that the Pixel 2 XL’s glass part on the back doesn’t enclose the fingerprint scanner. Also, there is no information that Google will use Dual cameras so yes, Google is still sticking with a single camera on the back.
