EVGA’s latest GeForce GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 FTW Hybrid graphics cards with a Hybrid cooling solution are now on sale. The company claims the two cards have been built from the ground up to be the best closed loop cooling solutions for NVIDIA based graphics cards on the planet.
Both the cards feature EVGA’s award-winning HYBRID solution with a 10cm axial fan for lower noise levels, 120mm radiator, and a dedicated memory cooling plate that makes direct contact with the water cooling block. The HYBRID cooling solution requires no maintenance or filling, so you don’t have to worry about anything at all. Thanks to the impressive HYBRID cooling, the cards deliver high performance while keeping GPU temperatures lower than other air-cooled GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 cards.
As for the clocks, the EVGA GTX 1070 FTW Hybrid comes with a 1607 MHz base clock and a 1797 MHz boost clock. The EVGA GTX 1080 FTW Hybrid on the other hand features a 1721 MHz base clock and a 1860 MHz boost clock. Carrying a TDP of 215W, both the cards draw powering using dual 8-pin (6+2) connectors.
The cards offer a sleek design with an intelligent wiring system and sleeved tubing to avoid a messy appearance. Like all the other GeForce GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 cards on the market, these two also come with customizable RGB LED lighting that can be controlled through the EVGA Precision XOC software.
The EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW Hybrid and GeForce GTX 1070 FTW Hybrid graphics cards are now available in the US for $729 and $499, respectively.
