The Elephone S7 is one of the best-looking and feature packed smartphones from the Chinese smartphone maker. It made its appearance last year with Android Marshmallow onboard which means if you own this device, you must be waiting for an update to the latest Nougat version. And the good thing is that the much-awaited updated is quite close to the public release.
The software team at Elephone has shared a short video showing an Elephone S7 unit running Android Nougat 7.1.1 version. The video does not show any features except going to settings where you notice the difference as there is a hamburger menu. It then shows the About section of the settings to confirm that it is indeed running the latest Android version.

But before you get too excited, it should be noted that Nougat update for Elephone S7 is under testing. It means it will take some before it becomes available on your unit. We will be updating you once Elephone starts the official rollout of the same.
