AT&T’s live TV streaming service, DirecTV Now, hasn’t experienced a perfectly smooth launch. Many users have reported problems with sign-ins and with connecting to the network. In the latter case, users are logged in, but they can’t access the content they want to view.
Some annoying technical problems seem to exist. First, users may encounter “error 60,” which incorrectly claims they’ve exceeded the maximum number of simultaneous streams. Second, the service may incorrectly say a device isn’t supported.
AT&T says it is aware of these issues and is working to fix them. At least some of the prevalent streaming issues have reportedly been resolved.
We experienced an issue last night that prevented some customers from streaming. Engineers resolved the issue and we haven’t experienced it since. – AT&T
