Thanks to leaked details, we now know a little more about Xiaomi’s upcoming tablets. The Chinese company is working on two new Mi Pad 3 tablets that will be very competitive thanks to affordable pricing. The base model is rumoured to be priced at around $190 for the 64 GB and $230 for the 128 GB version, while the Pro variant with 64 GB of storage is priced at around $250. Both models should arrive in May, alongside the Xiaomi Mi 6.
The main differences between the two is display size, different processor and operating system. The Mi Pad is said to feature a 7.9-inch display, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB or 128 GB internal storage, and Android 7.0 Nougat, while the Mi Pad 3 Pro packs a 9.7-inch display, Intel Atom x7-Z8750 processor and Windows 10.
