Activision Blizzard has confirmed Destiny 2 will be released later this year. It’ll be out in the fall of 2017, going against rumors that it wasn’t going to arrive until 2018. It follows the original Destiny, which was released in 2014.

Another update for Destiny is set to be released by Bungie in the spring. The game’s updates have been vital to Destiny’s success thus far.
It’s possible we could learn more about Destiny 2 during this year’s E3.
