The HawKeye Firefly 8S 4K camera sports the Ambarella A12S75 chip and IMX 117 image sensor which can shoot high-quality 4K videos at 30 FPS thereby enabling fast and accurate motion capture. Regarding its visual angle, the Firefly 8S ships in two varieties which are the 90 degrees HD visual angle version which captures immersive views with no distortion and the 170-degree FOV model.

The action HawKeye Firefly 8S camera, no distortion version offers six-axis gyro video stabilization that can produce very stable video image without losing any view angle. The HawKeye Firefly 8S camera is waterproof up to a 20m depth, and it supports aerial photography and anti-shake.
