Over at the SiSoft Sandra database yet another entry was found, this round it is the Core i7-7740K Kaby Lake-X CPU on Gigabyte X299 Motherboard.
The latest entry shows Core i7-7740K Kaby Lake-X which is the quad-core part, yet with quad-channel memory. The SiSoft Sandra entry shows Core i7-7740K to be clocked at 4.2GHz with a 4.5GHz Turbo.
Kaby Lake-X CPUs thus are quad-core processors equipped with an 8MB cache and come with 16 lanes of PCIe 3.0 from the CPU.
