Back at Computex 2017 in June, we have been able to show you this product in its development stage. Granted, it’ll cool euhm, not really well for hardcore processors (is that a safe enough way to say it). However, for an everyday mainstream processor, the UFO-shaped MasterAir G100M might look pretty unique.
The MasterAir G100M is based upon a lot of copper fins landing on a copper plated heat pipe base. The top side is covered with a black ring, which brings in that UFO feel, and then there is an RGB LED lit fan (600 to 2400 RPM) sitting in the middle which brings in that extraterrestrial feel 🙂
The LED control is addressable, and can be managed and synced up with ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte and ASRock motherboard software. So if you do not have a motherboard with extra RGB connectors, that’ll work nicely. An extra controller, however, is included, allowing some basic RGB selections. in the wiring. Ah, I think it’s a fun product, at least to look at performance wise (both cooling and noise) I wouldn’t expect too much of it. The Cooler Master Master Air G100M is available as we speak for 39.99 euros.
