Over in Asia, HWBattle posted a photo showing a competition that mentions the Ryzen 7 3700X & Ryzen 5 3600X. That contest requires participants to guess Cinebnech score for yet unreleased Ryzen 7 3700X and Ryzen 5 3600X CPUs.
It’s a bit of a weird thing to see and read really, the contest ends on December 14th. Please do not confuse that the actual Ryzen 3000 series release. Videocardz had a chat with HWBattle and apparently the contest was neither posted by a PR agency and neither the AMD employees working on behalf of AMD. They have been told this is merely a CPU sales agency hired by AMD to do local events and contests. Weird right? Apparently, the winners of the competition would win … Ryzen 3000 CPUs, however after the procs are released.
