CastleNet lands cable modem orders from Thomson, says paper

Networking device maker CastleNet Technology has obtained 3-year ODM orders for cable modems from France-based Thomson, with shipments to begin in first-half 2017, according to Chinese-language newspaper Economic Daily News (EDN).

Shipments in the first year will reach 700,000-800,000 cable modems, and 1.5 million units and 1.8 million units respectively in the second and third years, EDN said.
