BlackBerry Mercury, also known as DTEK70, has been in the pipeline for months now and last month, the company officially confirmed it will launch the handset very soon. According to the latest leaked image, the BlackBerry Mercury will be formally unveiled at MWC 2017.
This will be the last in-house designed smartphone by BlackBerry, as the company switched its focus on software and handed its smartphone business to TCL.
Specs-wise, it is rumoured to pack a 4.5-inch display, a Snapdragon 625 processor, 3 GB of RAM, an 18 megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera and a 3,400 mAh battery, and iconic full QWERTY keyboard with a fingerprint sensor embedded in the space bar. It is also said that the cameras are the same as those on Google Pixel handsets.
