Wire harness, cable assembly and connector maker BizLink Holding has acquired a 100% stake in Jo Yeh, a Hong Kong-based maker of automotive lead wire, wire harnesses and cable assemblies, at US$3 million through its subsidiary BizLink (BVI).
The two firms signed contracts on September 2 and the acquisition process was completed on October 31. Jo Yeh will be merged into BizLink’s car-use electronic business group.
BizLink expects Jo Yeh’s experience to help fill gaps in its product line and it will be able to expand into more markets.
BizLink’s existing clients including Tesla, are also expected to benefit as BizLink will be able to provide more choice, some market watchers pointed out.
