AT&T has revealed a new way for subscribers to remain connected when traveling internationally. Beginning this Friday, there will be a $10 International Day Pass plan that includes unlimited talk and text. Your data service will be the same as it is in the US.
The plan serves as an alternative to paying by the minute or message, which can easily end up being more expensive depending on how much you’re doing.
Customers can add the plan to their account a single time and it’ll immediately work when traveling to another country unless it’s removed.
You may lose access to the offer if AT&T detects over 50% of your total voice, text, and data usage has been international for two consecutive months.
