  2. @itechapple80 For most people I tell them to get Office because it is still the industry standard and they don’t need to worry about compatibility issues. But I personally use Pages for Word Processing and Excel for Data…(nothing beats Excel!), and Keynote for presentations.

  3. @PS3Gamer5019 I just can’t recommend the White MacBook over the MacBook Pro, the price difference is inconsequential to the MASSIVE improvement in hardware that comes with it. The MacBook Air 11″ is very different than the White MacBook, less features and horsepower but the value is in its form factor. I’d rather have the MBA however.

  4. @cedzcs 1.) reduce screen brightness
2.) use a software like “game booster” to close side processes as well as optimize energy efficienz settings
    3.) buy the extended battery
Or buy a Sony Vaio 7+ hours with standard batterie 15+ with extended batterie

  5. @Tu51ndBl4d3 nah mate…trust me…hold one and you’ll see…they kept it classy unlike obscene Alienware machines…the material is so good to touch n it’s looks like the stealth fighter they say! just see one in person

  6. @AiRJaYzGo you are so wrong i cant even tell u…Asus is not a cheap company…their top range esp gaming ranges are quality bar none…look at the reviews…the materials and specs and components are top notch…the cooling system is award winning n it operates quietly and cool no matter what u play. N it has 3D too in full HD…Geforce GTX460M card 1.5GB…in my books its a winner…

  7. I have noticed it does have somewhat of a noisy blu-ray at times but at least the fan is really quiet so that seems to counter it a bit, making it something you just learn to accept over time.

  8. @AiRJaYzGo Yea so like say you have a normal hdtv WITHOUT 3D built into it can you hook up that laptop through hdmi and still view 3D content on the hdtv since the laptop itself has the 3D effect built into the hardware ?

  10. @TdaStooge The Student Discount applies online as well but it seems to be a bit more complicated… In fact the lady that helped me place my order over the phone, didn’t even ask me which school I would be attending! So in actuality I could have just made the whole thing up… lol and the discounts should work Internationally the same way it works in the US considering Sony is in Japan.
