Multiple health and fitness-centric apps for the Apple Watch are reportedly in development at Apple, one of which will monitor your sleep pattern. Bloomberg reports at least one app will track sleep and another will track fitness levels. The apps will utilize some of the device’s sensors, such as its heart rate tracker.
Sleep tracking has become popular with smartphones and fitness devices, but no sleep tracker exists on the Apple Watch right now. However, the device also isn’t optimal for all-night use since its battery is very limited and the Watch cannot be plugged in like a phone.
