Just ahead of Apple’s official press conference, the Apple A11 chipset has leaked on Geekbench. While the first official results will appear in the following days, the benchmarking site reveals that the new chipset will definitely be Apple’s most powerful chipset.
Apple A11 Bionic packs six-core processor and Apple-designed GPU that results in 50% performance boost over the last gen. According to Geekbench listing, the A11 scored 4,061 in single-core and 9,959 in multi-core test. For comparison, Galaxy S8 scored 2,016 and 6,666.
If the results are legit, then Apple A11 Bionic is the most powerful mobile chipset available at the moment. Too bad it is available only with Apple products.
